Placing an order
By placing an order with Djois, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
To enter into an agreement with Djois, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank approved by us. In the event of unforeseen issues—such as an unsatisfactory credit check after your order has been received—we reserve the right to cancel the confirmed order. In such cases, Djois disclaims any liability.
When placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, that you are the authorized cardholder, and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This email is for confirmation purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is not formed until your payment has been approved and the amount has been charged to your chosen payment method.
Delivery
All products are shipped in secure packaging. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the selected delivery option. Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.
Any damage to a product during transit is covered by us, and we will send a replacement free of charge if necessary. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability. Please note that any delivery time estimates are subject to unexpected delays beyond our control.
If a parcel is not collected from the designated pickup location, we reserve the right to treat it as a return and charge a return handling fee.
Please be aware that delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, internal processing delays, or during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other major sales events — all of which are outside our control.
Delivery times may also be extended if one or more items in your order are out of stock at the time of purchase.
Important delivery adjustments
In some cases, the chosen delivery method may not be possible—for example, if the size or weight of the shipment exceeds the carrier’s restrictions. This applies to both home delivery and parcel shop delivery. Therefore, we reserve the right, at no extra cost to you, to select the delivery solution that best meets your original preference. This may include:
- Shipping your order in multiple shipments, or
- Choosing a suitable alternative—for example, rebooking with another carrier to fulfil a request for parcel shop delivery, or changing the delivery method from parcel shop to home delivery if parcel shop delivery is not feasible.
No matter which option is selected, we will make sure to inform you.
Please note:
In rare cases, the selected parcel shop may be full, temporarily closed, or otherwise unavailable at the time of delivery. If this happens, the carrier will redirect the parcel to the nearest available parcel shop. We are not notified of such changes and therefore recommend that you track your shipment using the carrier’s tracking link to stay updated on the final delivery location.

Pricing and Availability
All prices on djois.com are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT and applicable duties, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are excluded unless specified.
All prices are subject to change and are only valid on the date they are displayed.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other details on our site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or product information, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution. If we have already received your payment but need to issue a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Tax Policy
We are legally required to collect VAT or other applicable taxes on goods sold through our webshop, based on the destination country and its local tax regulations. Any applicable tax amount will be clearly stated during checkout and reflected in your order confirmation.
Payment
Once your order has been placed, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your selected payment method to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Your order will not be dispatched until this check has been successfully completed. The amount will only be charged to your card once the order has been shipped.
If you are paying with a debit card, the amount may be reserved on your account in accordance with your card issuer’s terms and conditions, until the payment is either accepted or declined.

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why you can return your items within 100 days from the date of delivery. The only requirement is that the item has not been used and that all original packaging is intact. If this is not the case, a reduction in value may apply, for which you are responsible.
You will be refunded the actual amount paid, not the original full price. This means that if you used a discount code or purchased an item on sale, your refund will reflect the reduced price you paid.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please note:
Shipping costs will not be refunded if you:
- refuse to accept the delivery
- fail to collect your parcel, or
- return only part of your order.
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided under the Returns section. You are also welcome to return your items for a refund using any method you prefer, at your own expense, by including the standard return form found at the end of this Terms and Conditions page.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
By law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it—without giving any reason. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline will be extended to the next working day.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
How to Cancel a Purchase
You can cancel your purchase by providing us with a clear and unambiguous statement of your decision to cancel. This can be done by letter or email, sent to:

Simply refusing to accept the delivery does not count as cancellation unless you also inform us of your decision to cancel. You may also use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.
If the Product is Faulty or Damaged
If you find a defect or issue with the product, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can find a prompt and satisfactory solution. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, especially if the product was damaged during shipping. If you notify us within two months of discovering the defect, this will always be considered a timely complaint.
