Payment
See our payment solutions, when payments are processed and withdrawn, and much more about payment here.
We offer the following payment methods:
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation within 5–10 minutes. We’ll then begin processing your order right away.
Please note: If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes it ends up there.
In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, we will not withdraw funds from your account until your parcel has been processed and shipped.
Some payment providers may reserve the amount immediately after your order is placed, but the actual payment will not be finalised until your parcel is on its way.
Please note: If you've chosen a flexible payment method (e.g. instalments or “pay later”), please check the terms and conditions provided by the payment provider.
Yes! We do offer the option to pay by bank transfer.
Since this option isn’t visible during checkout, please contact us. We’ll help activate the bank transfer option for your order and provide all the details you need.
Please note that orders paid via bank transfer will remain on hold until we’ve received your payment — so your parcel won’t be packed or shipped before then.
Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and technical errors can happen.
If your payment fails or something looks off during checkout, please take a screenshot and reach out to us. We’ll help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
Please note: No money will be withdrawn from your account before your parcel has been packed and shipped. See the section above: “When do we charge your payment?”
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send your order confirmation right away. The invoice will arrive in a separate email after we’ve shipped your parcel and withdrawn the payment from your account.
If you’ve created a Djois account, you can find both your order confirmation and invoice under “My Account.”
If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder — sometimes they end up there by mistake.
Still can’t find them? Just get in touch with us, and we’ll gladly send them to you again.
Yes – absolutely! When you shop at Djois, your data is protected by industry-standard security measures.
We use SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer), which ensures that sensitive information like your name, address, and payment details is safely encrypted. This means that any information sent between your device and our website cannot be read by unauthorised parties.
You can check this yourself: the URL in your browser, located in the search bar of your browser, will start with “https://” instead of “http://”. That little s means “secure,” so you’re in safe hands.
To keep your data extra protected, we never store your payment details – only which payment method you used.
We follow three key security steps to protect you:
Authentication: Your browser checks that it’s really communicating with our secure server.
Encryption: Your data is encrypted so that only our server can read it.
Data Integrity: The data is checked on both ends to make sure nothing has been changed along the way.
We use one of the most secure online payment systems available (NETS) and continuously update our programs to offer the highest level of security to our customers.
Djois also reserves the right to delay or manually verify any order if we suspect it needs an extra layer of security – just to keep you (and everyone else) safe.
Products with an ongoing general discount (e.g., 15% off from the 1st to the 5th) cannot be combined with any other discounts - unless we explicitly say otherwise. This means discount codes or other sales offers cannot be used on these products.
Please note that products marked as “Fixed Low Price” are never eligible for general discounts. See more about this below.
Sales discounts require you to take a specific action to qualify - like “Buy for €30, get 15% off.”
Products already on a general discount are excluded from sales discounts. They don’t count towards your qualifying purchase and won’t get the extra discount.
Also, products included in sales discounts cannot be combined with discount codes or other discounts.
“Fixed Low Price” products are again not part of sales discounts. More details below.
If you receive a discount code through newsletters, campaigns, marketing, or from us directly, please check the specific terms that come with the code.
Discount codes cannot be combined with general discounts, sales discounts, other discount codes, or “Fixed Low Price” products.
Djois reserves the right to change or cancel discount codes at any time.
Some products are simply fan favourites - loved for their quality and value. These items are priced based on stable production costs and given a special status.
We call these “Fixed Low Price” products — meaning the price you see is the best deal we can offer.
What this means for Fixed Low Price products:
- They never get a general discount.
- They’re not included in sales discounts.
- They can’t be combined with discount codes.
We do reserve the right to adjust prices on Fixed Low Price products once a year if needed, due to market changes, production costs, or other factors beyond our control.
